I am not one to do this but felt compelled to share my experience today at Building Supply of Manassas. If you are about to kick off a home project, you should definitely stop in and talk to Steven.

I thought they only dealt with contractors but was pleased to find I was wrong. They have a nice show room of products, lots of on hand materials, and an extremely knowledgeable staff. Steven walked us through the different products we were considering for our deck project, answered a load of questions, walked us out to their model deck to see how the product lines performed, discussed different options for the led lighting, and gave us brochures and samples to take with us. The experience was great, zero pressure, and it was a night and day difference from the box stores.

I can’t believe I am saying this, but I will not be going back to Lowes or Home Depot for my home projects. I haven’t finished this one and I am already looking forward to my next project, the kitchen remodel, and I know where I am going to get help with the design.

Seriously, do yourself a favor and see how your next project could go with Building Supply of Manassas. .. and yes Steven had a mask on and practiced social distancing.
